Catalyst Addition Unit (CAU)
The Catalyst Addition Unit (CAU) is specifically designed to transfer Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) catalysts from a catalyst storage hopper to the regenerator.
Each CAU is unique, and is manufactured in compliance with customer specifications. It operates can operate as a stand-alone unit with a PLC control system
but can also be controlled by the refiners DCS control system.
The CAU is fully assembled tested before delivery and comes with all required certification and technical documents meeting any customer demand.
Designed to operate in hazardous Zone 1 or 2, IIB, IIB+H2 or IIC, T3-T6
